beautiful botanical gardens, private hot tub on terrace, well-appointed spa facilities
A bathroom without a door is quite odd!!! Also, the availability of towels could be improved. two towels just don't cut it for a spa experience!!! More dining options would greatly enhance the experience!!!

perfectly positioned for exploring charm and culture
I loved that my stay included access to Parque El Carmen, just a short walk away, where I enjoyed a relaxing afternoon stroll, and the nearby Mercado Municipal offered a vibrant taste of local life with its delicious food stalls and unique shops.

This was just a prime choice for a day tour in Villa de Leyva with decent value for money. The private terrace with a hot tub was a fantastic perk after walking around all day. Bring extra towels if you plan to use the spa facilities.

The hotel features stunning botanical gardens that provide a serene and picturesque backdrop, perfect for relaxation.
The spa facilities could use better maintenance, as the jacuzzi was not clean and towels appeared dirty after previous use.

The rooms were immaculate, and having in-room dining service with a diverse breakfast menu was a real treat. Staff members were exceptionally welcoming, enhancing the overall experience.
The lack of a dividing door between the bathroom and bedroom might make some guests uncomfortable.

While the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, it felt like some amenities, such as the restaurant menu, could benefit from more variety. The room was remarkably comfortable, and the nearby cafes made dining easy, but a few more dining choices at the hotel would enhance the experience.

The Deluxe King Suite was super spacious and clean, just like the reviews said. I loved having an in-room jacuzzi—such a nice touch! The bathroom was big too, which is always a win. Also, the decor was really pretty and cozy. The morning breakfasts were delicious, and I appreciated that everything felt well thought out and very comfortable.
